All content you create or store within LotsOfDocs remains your property. We do not claim ownership of any content you add to the app. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your content.

- The app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
- Any data stored in the app will be preserved indefinitely
- The app will meet your specific requirements

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LotsOfDocs or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.
8. Data Loss
Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for any loss of data due to device failure, app uninstallation, operating system updates, or any other cause. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backups.

You may stop using LotsOfDocs at any time by uninstalling the app from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the app at any time without prior notice.
